Be Strong! Be Smart! Choose to Live!
Mission Statement: To Help Everyone to be Healthy, Happy, Strong, and Wise.

 Hi,

My name is Debbie Grammer,

My background includes being trained as a massage therapist, former owner of a health food store and a health consultant.   The most important thing I bring to the table is my learning experiences--along with a burning passion to be healthy and help others to be healthy and happy.

Just a few years ago,  I became so ill that I was fighting for the will to live.  I spent several years dealing with severe pain and fatigue. My body had been exposed to too many  toxins.  I am here today because I was able to draw from my knowledge of health, recognize the truth when I ran into a doctor who had the courage to tell me the truth, and my  willingness to think outside the box--to change my diet and my life.  I did everything I could to give my body the opportunity to heal.  Thank you Dr. John Gietzen.  You saved my life.

Lots of water from a Jupiter Ionizer has given me incredible results.  It is the best tasting water I have ever tasted!  I go to take a sip and down two cups at a time. In short, I did everything I could to strengthen my body. By doing so, I got my life and my health back.  I thank God and all those who helped me!

As I was growing up, my mother and grandmother took us to naturopathic doctors and chiropractors on a regular basis.  I know we were healthier for it.  At one point, a man giving a health seminar got my mother and grandmother to throw away their white flour and white sugar.  However, their foundation in health education was not sufficient for them to continue this wise and healthy path.  They went back to the store and again purchased the lifeless foods.  Soon, antibiotics took the place of herbs. I can only dream of how wonderful it might have been to have grown up putting only health-promoting foods into my body.

My next exposure to healthy wisdom came in 1970, when I found Jack LaLane on TV.  To this day, he is an incredible and beloved hero to me.  When I was fighting for my life, I remembered  some of the words he told his lovely wife, Elaine, when he first met her.  "You should be eating:  Apples, Bananas, Oranges--and exercising!" This may sound simple, but it is not what many Americans are eating and for many of us, there is no time for exercise.  We need to change our diet and reclaim our integrity and honor in what we feed ourselves and our fellow man.  Only by doing so, can we be strong enough and smart enough to remain a free  country.  We need to wake up before it is too late for our families and our nation.

Our bodies are 70% water.  Our brain is 85% water.  Put the healthiest, purest water in your body you can find.  Stop the hydrogenated fats, white flour, white sugar, white rice.  Eat only whole grains.  Only put health-promoting food into your body.  Stop putting the artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and other junk into your body. Did you know that MSG attacks the brain and nervous system?  No wonder it gives people headaches! They even add it to the wax they wax our fruits and veggies with it. Do you feel good about putting wax into your body--I don't.  Save money by cutting back somewhere else. You have to have healthy food, healthy water and clean air.

Eat as much organic as possible. Grow your own organic dandelions if you have to--they are extremely healthy.  Try sprouting.  Sprouts can be almost instant organic vegetables. Do not follow your friends and family like lambs to the slaughter. Speaking of slaughter--have you looked into the benefits of a vegetarian diet or a semi-vegetarian diet?  Benefits include:

Easier weight control (especially with a healthy whole grain and high fiber veggie diet.)

Less risk  of heart disease.

Less risk of cancer.

Less risk of many degenerative diseases.

Start replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts.  If something is not right in your life--change it!  Be strong.! Be smart.! Choose to live! Choose to be happy! Nothing can take the place of a fine-tuned conscience and good common sense.  If you have made mistakes in your life--and who has not?  Admit them.  Honesty goes a long, long way.  Make up for them by doing good on the earth. Make good choices so that you do not have to carry baggage around. Find your passion and make the world a better place.

Our great country is in trouble.  So many of our citizens are ill--and worse so many have lost their integrity.  We need leaders.  We need heroes.  We need everyone who cares to have courage and show the path back to health and honor.  We need to treat others the way we want to be treated-- and in my opinion--this includes animals.

Do not allow anyone to tell you that they know more about what God wants you to do with your life than you do.  Listen to your heart!  Get away from people who do not treat you right. Surround yourself with love--family, friends, animals, plants.  Love is the most powerful force in the universe.  Gratitude is perhaps the second.

Drink plenty of healthy, chemical-free alkaline, ionized water.  Drink it  mainly in between meals.   Find a way to afford it.  It will last for years and your health is worth it.  You will be amazed at how much clearer your thinking will be and how much better you feel.

I do not know everything but I promise you this: I will tell you the truth as I know it.  If I find out  that I was wrong about something--I will have the courage to tell you that too.

Thank you for your time and interest in being healthy and making the world a better place.  A healthy world is a happy world.

DEDICATED TO YOUR HEALTH,
Debbie Grammer
